Wayster DELLA Helper

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026 · applies to version 0.6.1

Wayster DELLA Helper estimates freight rates, calculates partial-load costs and filters loaded DELLA listings against vehicle limits. It has no Wayster CRM integration.

Publisher and contact

The publisher is the developer identified in this extension’s Chrome Web Store listing. For privacy inquiries, use the developer contact address shown in that listing. This independent extension is not an official product of DELLA and does not represent DELLA, the National Bank of Ukraine or Minfin.

Data handled and purpose

On della.ua and www.della.ua, the extension locally reads already-loaded listing cards: routes, distances, cargo descriptions, weight, volume, dimensions, pallet spaces, conditions and freight prices. Complete card text may include company names, personal names, phone numbers or addresses supplied by listing authors. These can be included in transient card text; the extension does not create a contacts database. Hidden cards can be inspected locally in the extension interface.

User settings include vehicle limits, mileage, consumption, fuel prices and discounts, target income calculation inputs, exchange rates, custom freight rates, markup, source modes, language, theme and interface switches. These are calculation inputs, not access to financial accounts or payment records.

For per-listing collapse preferences, the extension derives an opaque hash key from a listing ID, URL or fallback text, then stores the key and a timestamp. Hashing is not encryption or a guarantee of anonymity. Open DELLA tab information is used to update the interface. There is no general browsing-history collection, behavioral analytics, keystroke or mouse logging, screenshots or contacts export.

The extension caches public fuel/exchange-rate values, source dates, retrieval times and error status. Attempt timestamps are held in session storage to limit source requests. All use is limited to freight calculations, vehicle matching, interface state and related operation. There is no automated bid submission, DELLA account editing, or transfer to CRM.

Network requests and disclosure

When automatic fuel mode is enabled, the extension downloads https://index.minfin.com.ua/ua/markets/fuel/tm/ and locally reads UKRNAFTA’s diesel column. Automatic USD mode fetches https://bank.gov.ua/NBUStatService/v1/statdirectory/exchange?valcode=USD&json. The discount is applied locally.

Requests use HTTPS, omit account cookies and Referer, and do not include listing text, contacts, calculation settings or listing hashes in request URLs or bodies. These providers receive ordinary network information such as IP addresses and technical HTTP headers, governed by their own policies. Choose manual mode for a source to stop its automatic requests. Disabling rate hints stops new automatic source requests; an independently enabled listing filter can continue local operation.

The extension sends no listing data, settings or identifiers to the developer or a CRM. It contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK or developer data-collection endpoint. Chrome/Google separately manages updates for Chrome Web Store installations. A publicly hosted copy of this privacy policy or help page may generate ordinary hosting access logs; the supplied pages contain no analytics, tracking cookies or third-party fonts.

Data is not sold, used for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness or lending. Use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and is limited to the disclosed purpose.

Storage, retention and control

Settings and reference caches remain in the local Chrome profile using chrome.storage.local, not chrome.storage.sync. A backup of legacy settings may remain after migration from earlier versions. Settings and cache persist until modified, removed with the extension, or removed with its browser profile data.

Only up to 1,000 per-listing collapse records from the last 90 days are used. Expired entries are ignored when read and deleted during initialization, periodic maintenance or subsequent visibility changes. If Chrome is not running, physical deletion waits until it runs again. Listing text is transient in the open tab’s memory, not persisted as cargo or contacts. Session storage is temporary; legacy transient CRM imports are removed during initialization.

The Data and updates page can export saved settings to JSON, restore them after confirmation and clear individual collapse preferences. Backups exclude cargo text, contacts, reference cache and collapsed-listing records. Files you save remain under your control and are not uploaded by the extension.

Disable or uninstall the extension and refresh open DELLA tabs to stop all processing. Hiding rate blocks alone does not disable the independent filter. Uninstalling removes Chrome’s local extension storage; delete downloaded backups separately. The developer cannot remotely access or recover your local settings. Use the developer contact shown in the store listing for inquiries; do not send credentials or other people’s personal data.

Security and changes

The extension does not request DELLA credentials, bank-card details, device geolocation, microphone or camera access. Executable code is packaged locally. External HTML is parsed as data without running its scripts. Storage is restricted to trusted extension contexts and messages are checked for their source.

The extension does not add encryption to local settings or JSON backups. Protect your browser profile, device and backups. No storage method guarantees absolute security.

Changes to data practices will be reflected in this policy and store declarations. Material changes will be appropriately disclosed to users.
